Welcome to Candy Kisses
Sai Wataame, a shy, and rather quirky young boy faces a life changing decision when his dear mother goes blind. Desperate for options, he meets Kune, a black cat demon, who claims he can restore her eye sight, but for a price: Sai must pay him with his voice.
Sai reluctantly agrees, and his mother, as promised, recovers.
Now mute, he faces the horrors of being a high school freshman, without a friend in the world. One starry night, however, he stumbles upon another demon; Neku, Kune's twin brother.
Neku apologizes for his brother's deed, and reveals that demons aren't supposed to use their powers to meddle in the affairs of the human world. He claims he feels at fault for Sai's muteness, and offers to be Sai's voice for him. Of course, this could be for the better or worse.

Chinaboys
So I was randomly asked by GreenRocket to affiliate, and I'm not one to say no, so why not..? ;D Why put my affiliates in news posts? Because its easier this way, get over it. If anyone else would like to affiliate, feel free to give me a shout out. ;D
A new BL comic about Chinese in America. Will "Ji Ming" Waters has a problem -- he's half Chinese. Everyday he has to deal with Chinese Classmates, a crazy FOB mother, etc. Things complicate when his arranged marriage fiancee comes from China -- and it's a BOY named Wang! Hillarity/Etc. ensues in Will's now overcrowded, More-Chinese-Than-He-Can-Handle Lifestyle. The first 20 or so pages are in magic marker, but it gets better. May contain yaoi later -- but nothing too explicit. :P
Omgs, one of the most adorable things, like, ever, you won't be wasting your time to check it out. ;D
And then came the drama...
I know I've been promising things like more updates, more often, (especially to you, Shu-Shu...) and I will eventually get back into my comic making... However, on top of my own health problems, my poor ol' dad's got a lot more serious of a condition.
And though that does nothing to influence my free time, I have a lot of trouble getting my mind off of the current drama.
Good news for the updates, though: I'm not allowed to take my GED test until I'm eighteen, so I'll have two whole months before I'll be doing anything related to school, so yup, the free time's still there. ;D
So my current 'Weekly Updates' pledge still stands, but after dust starts to settle, I'll try to go further than that.
My habits are starting to curb toward eating up my weekends, so a minor but very helpful change will be in effect: Updates are now going to be on Monday instead of Sunday, so I can actually have them in on time. ^^;

So thanks a billion to ConfusedArray, my personal code-slave for helping me (and when I say that, I mean, doing all the work except for the art) with the obscenely girly skin we've got for this little doosy. Of course, I know nothing about html so as it may be a little nothing to some, this is a huge deal to me. :D

Sunday Updates
Wow, I just can't fight the muse....! ;O I dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but here I go again, starting another new webcomic. Welcome to Candy Kisses~! According to my schedule, I sadly don't have all the time in the world, anymore, so we'll start with weekly updates; Every Sunday, and lets see how I can handle it. ;D
